Our innovative Drainmaster Hose Swivel is a component applied within flexible piping systems. The mechanism, available in various materials, encloses our thoroughly designed hose segment.

Our hose design ensures exceptional durability and compatibility with aggressive products, including MTBE and 100% aromatics. We have achieved this by constructing our hose segment from multiple layers of high-quality fabric and reinforcing it with stainless steel inner and outer helices. Each end of our hose design is securely swaged to a carbon or stainless steel tailpiece with flanges, after which it is pressure tested to provide our clients with a certified reliability.  In addition, our designs include a maintenance-free sliding bearing eliminating stresses on the hose, providing the sought after reliable and long-lasting drainage solution.

Our drain hoses are a reliable alternative to swivel-based drain lines, ensuring the sought after continuous service, whilst it being fully submerged for years in demanding environment caused by the stored hydrocarbons. We achieve this by tailoring our drain hose designs to the hydrocarbon that is stored and executing it accordingly in high quality NBR, Nitril or Viton.

Our design feature only two flange connections, reducing the risk of leaks.
